Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once payment is processed and confirmation is issued.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where age verification fails, payment cannot be authorised, or regulatory requirements are not met.
Orders are sold for personal or household consumption only and must not be resold or exported.
Returns and refunds are governed solely by our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time your order is placed.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that all payment details are accurate.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

SECTION 6 – FAULTY WINES
A wine is considered faulty if affected by issues such as cork taint, oxidation, or other defects that make it unfit for consumption.
Cosmetic issues, including minor label damage or packaging marks, are not considered faults.
Where a wine is confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with UK consumer law. We may request the bottle be retained for inspection.
