Refund policy

We want you to always enjoy your purchases, so if you are unhappy with any of the wines you have received please do get in touch at info@mariafaretra.it and we will try to organise a replacement or other alternative as soon as possible.

A wine is considered faulty if it is affected by a quality issue such as cork taint, oxidation, or other flaws that make it unfit for consumption.

If a wine is deemed faulty, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost, including all delivery charges. If a replacement is unavailable or not preferred, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Please note that cosmetic damage, including minor label damage, scuffed packaging, or bottle markings that do not affect the quality of the wine, is not considered a fault.

In some cases, we may request that the faulty wine be returned or inspected, so please retain the bottle until the issue has been resolved.
